Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not publish

You may not publish or transmit through the service content that:

• is unlawful under EU or Italian law, or promotes illegal activity;
• impersonates another person or entity, or claims credentials or titles not genuinely held;
• is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading (including fake businesses or phishing lures);
• infringes the intellectual-property or personality rights of others (including photos you have no right to use);
• contains malware, or links primarily to malicious or illegal destinations;
• is abusive, threatening, hateful or defamatory;
• publishes third-party personal data without that person’s clear authority (your card is for your identity);
• constitutes spam (mass-produced cards for SEO or link schemes; automated scraping of published cards is likewise prohibited);
• presents medical, legal or financial advice as the content of the card itself — cards present identity and contact information, not advice.

Enforcement

Violations lead to suspension (card offline, immediately) or removal; repeated or serious violations lead to account termination. Where required, we notify the competent authorities.
